We liked the salad dressing that came with our orders and their dessert pie which had custard filling over a layer of dates and under a layer of nuts. A fun place for a light meal

This is a once a week for sure for me. I take friends who are new to town and they become frequent visitors too. Must must go!!

The new location has plenty of shaded seating that is comfortably off the street. I am alway craving falafel and grape leaves because they are very good and authentic , and the Spousal Unit usually has one of the burrito/pita dishes. The salad dressing is something I always enjoy. It was a shock to see the food truck on the carretera closed, but I was relieved to find that there was a new location a little over a block away.

The dishes are served with great enthusiasm, the establishment take pride in their culinary dishes. Eating there you will soon see why. Service is warm and attention to your needs. J	Joseph Nevins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little Palestinian-Arabic food truck on the side of the road across from Guadalajara Farmacia with a pleasant seating area out front. Everything is homemade and offers great variety to the area. I had the grape leaves and it comes with salad with a wonderful healthy green dressing and warm pita and a yogurt sauce, really delicious! The owner Fernando is very friendly and the truck is very clean. It's right by the road to the hiking trail as well, so perfect place to fuel up before or after your hike.
