After 45 minutes waiting, we asked how much longer and they said 15 more minutes, but it took 25-30 more minutes until we received all of our food because they only brought 1 of the 2 dishes we ordered after 15 minutes and it took another 10 minutes for the other dish.
No matter how good the food is, a 1 hour and 15 minute wait in an empty restaurant is unacceptable. Even if everything is made by hand in the moment, you still have to let your customers know the approximate time things will be ready when it's such a long time. The owner was nice, a little communication would have helped a lot.
You just lost new first time customers from ever returning. The food was good, but the service and experience ruined everything.
1 star for the service, 4 stars for the food, 2 stars overall, for the poor experience.
