Primero el pago...no se porque no aparecía en su cuenta, tuve que mandar recibo tanto de mi paypal como de mi banco y pues son datos que realmente no deben darse por ser datos bancarios y personales pero bueno. El problema fue parece ser con su banco, pero como digo pues esos datos no deben pedirse al cliente. Es extraño puesto que el pago se realiza desde su página y su soporte con lo cual no debería haber problemas...
Luego me hicieron algunas preguntas que ya habian sido respondidas en el propio pedido pero bueno..
SI no fuera por eso les daría un 5. Y si no fuera porque lo mandaron rápido y se disculparon les pondría un 3.
Como digo solo mejorar por favor la forma de pago para que nadie tenga que enviar datos que no deben ser enviados...Y un poco mejorar también la comunicación, es bueno que la empresa llame por telefono en vez de al contrario, porque el mail quizas es a veces insuficiente si hay algún problema.
Lo demas todo bien, el pc impecable y envio rapido al solucionar el problema, tengo que probarlo porque no trae cable de vga pero por fuera se ve bien. Ya diré como va en cuanto a funcionamiento.

The rest is all good, the PC is impeccable and I send fast to solve the problem, I have to try it because it does not have a VGA cable but it looks good on the outside. I'll tell how it goes in terms of operation.

Nunca tienen el equipo a tiempo, sus procesos son obsoletos y su atención al cliente es de la fregada. Todos los ejecutivos dicen que ese no es su tema o chequelo con el gerente. El Gerente se esconde tras su recepcionista y nunca resuelve, su frase favorita es "así son nuestros procesos". La ejecutiva Alejandra Santoyo promete equipos para una hora especifica y los entrega dos o tres días después. Si tienes tiempo para tirarlo a la basura acude a esta empresa pues su nivel de ejecución es pésimo.
De seguro los que le ponen cinco estrellas son sus mismo empleados, porque para mi no vale ni una. Los equipos los entregan con fallas y para hacer valida la garantía es todo un tema, si para vender son malos, imagínense las reclamaciones.
Ahorrense la bilis gratis y no acudan aquí!
Terrible service
They never have the equipment on time, their processes are outdated, and their customer service is a mess. All the executives say that this is not their topic or check with the manager. The Manager hides behind his receptionist and never solves, his favorite phrase is "that's how our processes are". Executive Alejandra Santoyo promises equipment for a specific time and delivers them two or three days later. If you have time to throw it away, go to this company because its level of execution is terrible.
Surely those who give it five stars are their own employees, because for me it is not worth one. The equipment is delivered with failures and to validate the guarantee is a whole issue, if they are bad to sell, imagine the claims.
Save your free bile and don't come here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cotizaron una laptop que era para una de mis clientas la cual le urgia mucho (mi clienta es una maestra y ya estaba por empezar su periodo escolar) me cotizaron una laptop con intel core i5 y 4gb en 500GB en disco duro y cuando llego la estaba probando y todo y jalo bien, pero al ver las especificaciones eran diferentes, traia core i3, 280GB en disco duro y los 4gb en ram. Mi clienta le urgia muchísimo por lo que ella se la quedo sin problema y yo hable con la chica de ventas y le pedi un reembolso ya que esa maquina tenia otro precio, me dijo que lo iba a revisar pero nunca me contesto, me termino bloqueando y ya nadie se quiere hacer responsable. Nunca subo malos comentarios pero pues esta ocasión lo amerita. NO RECOMIENDO A UNA EMPRESA QUE ABUSA DE CLIENTES
They quoted me a laptop that was for one of my clients which was very urgent (my client is a teacher and her school period was about to start) they quoted me a laptop with intel core i5 and 4gb in 500GB on hard disk and when the I was testing and everything and I pull it right, but when I saw the specifications they were different, it had a core i3, 280GB in hard disk and 4gb in ram. My client was very urgent so she kept it without a problem and I spoke with the sales girl and asked for a refund since that machine had another price, she told me that she was going to review it but she never answered me, I ended up blocking and no one wants to take responsibility anymore. I never upload bad comments but this time it deserves it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND A COMPANY THAT ABUSES CUSTOMERS
