★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service from these guys. We ordered and they never sent the order. Admitted this in email and suggested another product. I accepted the suggestion and asked them to send. They never replied to my multiple emails or sent the order. I had to chargeback. Very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 190% overpriced, inexistent guarantee nor return policy . I bought a Da Vinci herb vaporizer, tried it and it worked but for a couple of smokes and the battery ran out very fast. I tried to return it and I was treated terribly by an employee and the owner, who yelled to me I had left marijuana inside the vape equipment. What does he think this type of equipment is for?
If they had changed the equipment I would have been satisfied, they offered to return my money minus 13.5%, I took it, just wanted to get over the nightmare, don’t want to ever buy in this store again.
The employees in the store accepted this business is very disorganized.
You can find most of the products in amazon for a third the price, and with a 100% refund even after using a product without being questioned.
