KAPITAL SUSHI® se creo por el gusto de fusionar tres culturas gastronómicas, buscando ser la principal cadena de sushi, reconocida por la calidad de sus alimentos, así como por la atención y excelente atmósfera que se les brinda a sus clientes.
El primer restaurant nace en la ciudad de Aguascalientes, Ags, en Octubre del 2007 gracias a la idea de un emprendedor empresario que innovaría el concepto de la comida japonesa en el centro de nuestro país.
Hoy día KAPITAL SUSHI® cuenta con 7 sucursales en la ciudad de Aguascalientes y está presente en las ciudades más importantes del centro del país.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde la entrada mal recibimiento para cerca de siete empleados que ví por cierto sucios, el lugar se ve cochinon y se tardan mucho en tomar la orden los alimentos regulares a pésimos, muy tardado en q te entreguen, el arroz efectivamente está crudo como leí en un comentario anterior...el tepanyki super miserable de verduras, pedí té de jazmín igual fue una decepción al momento de comer el último pedacito de rollo me salió un pedazo de bolsa la verdad nada que rescatar de este lugar y su comida en cuanto a sus instalaciones hace bastante aire deberían tener un lugar más adecuado, tuve que pedir q bajaran su cortina... ya no vuelvo definitivamente...nada q ver con sushiroll
