P	Paweł Paluchowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Świetne ceny, wspaniałą obsługa, typowa rodzinna firma. Można trochę ponegocjować (np. kaucję). Na stronie jest, że to bike rental, a są też auta! Matiz: 950 Pesos - budżet:). Przy dłuższym czasie można negocjować. WAŻNE: nie zostawiacie karty, tylko gotówkę (100 USD przy 1 dniu) i jakiś dokument ze zdjęciem:). Może być dowód osobisty (polecam wziąć ze sobą). Można dogadać się na odstawienie auta do hotelu. Właściciele są super, kontaktują się przez watsapp, czekali 40 minut bez problemu (kolega nie mógł się dogadać, próbowaliśmy zdalnie się łapać). You can also negotiate to bring the car back to the hotel. The owners are great, they contact us via watsapp, they waited 40 minutes without a problem (a friend couldn't get along, we tried to catch ourselves remotely). WORTH REALLY! Rowery w dobrym stanie. Spędziliśmy miło czas zwiedzając Tulum rowerowo. Nice, fast, hassle-free and good price. The lady is very nice, with a smile on her face and she speaks English well, which makes contact easier. Bikes in good condition. We had a nice time exploring Tulum by bike.

When one of our bikes had a flat tire 3 km from the shop she quickly and personally delivered us another bike to where we were stuck in hotel centro. Although the bikes are a little beat up from wear and tear, the service and kindness that we received from Ari was exceptional. She was always just a WhatsApp message away if we needed anything. Support this small and kind bike rental shop! Thank you, Ari!
