★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tengo una queja enorme;había una chica en la recepción,supongo que es hija de dueño pues su actitud fue más que nefasta , que mujer tan desagradable ,fue muy incómodo llegar a un lugar como este y que la persona que te recibe sea tan despota ,no tiene sentido. Yo hice mi reservación y aún cuando no cumplieron con el servicio que les pedí no me queje , estuve en todo momento abierta a otras opciones. Una de sus colaboradoras de nombre Paty se porto súper ámable cuando menos una persona con buena educación.

Deberían poner a otra persona a atender a los clientes.
