★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal. El equipo se dañó con solo usarlo 5 veces. Lo llevo a garantía y se tardan 2 semanas en arreglarlo. Llamo y prometen entregarlo al día siguiente y al pasar por el equipo a la hora acordada me dicen que debo esperar media hora. Y en la central telefónica no atienden
Very bad. The equipment was damaged just by using it 5 times. I take it to guarantee and it takes 2 weeks to fix it. I call and they promise to deliver it the next day and when I pass by the team at the agreed time they tell me that I have to wait half an hour. And in the telephone exchange they do not attend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, compré una karcher nueva y no funcionó, no me la querían cambiar hasta que presioné. Me dieron otra y a las tres veces de uso volvió a descomponerse (no enciende, misma falla original) ahora les hablo para servicio y me dicen que no tienen tiempo de atenderme, qué tienen otros clientes. No se arriesguen, compren otra marca.
Terrible service, I bought a new karcher and it did not work, they did not want to change it until I pressed. They gave me another one and after three times of use it broke down again (it does not light, same original fault) now I speak to them for service and they tell me that they do not have time to attend me, what do other clients have. Don't take risks, buy another brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre los había tenido en buen concepto. Hoy me presente a la sucursal de ejército nacional. Y me salen con que hay que hacer cita. Cuando ni siquiera tienen gente!!! Estoy totalmente de acuerdo con las medidas de previsión en la pandemia. Pero cuál aglomeración sí ni un solo cliente tenian. Ni modos tendré que buscar otra sucursal. Seguramente así prosperar a su negocio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hable antes de ir para la reparación de una barredora KB5. "Venga y el técnico lo revisa frente a frente y si tiene reparación, nos quedamos con el equipo". Fui y ni siquiera lo revisaron, solo me dijeron que de ese equipo no hay servicio de reparación. Eso me lo pudieron decir por teléfono y no hacerme dar la vuelta.
Speak before you go for a KB5 sweeper repair. "Come and the technician checks it face to face and if it has a repair, we keep the equipment". I went and they didn't even check it, they just told me that there is no repair service for that equipment. They could tell me that over the phone and not make me turn around.
