Llevé una barredora a reparar y me dijeron que era solo que le faltaba servicio, pero la regresé el mismo día por el mismo problema y ya van más de tres semanas y al parecer no tienen refacciones. No me han llamado ni una sola vez, yo he tenido que estar pidiendo información. Después de casi un mes me llamaron para decir que estaba reparada. Creo que no tendrá refacciones originales pero al menos se solucionó. Será que tienen mucho que reparar, pero les falta mejorar su atención.
Good attention, bad service. I took a sweeper to repair and they told me it was just that it lacked service, but I returned it the same day for the same problem and it has been more than three weeks and apparently they do not have spare parts. They have not called me even once, I have had to be asking for information. After almost a month they called me to say that it was repaired. I think it will not have original spare parts but at least it was solved. It will be that they have a lot to repair, but they need to improve their attention.
