★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve un equipo a revisión por la cual cobran $150, con opción a que ese dinero se tome a cuenta de la reparación que sea necesaria. Unos días después de dejar el equipo me cotizaron la "reparación" en $1785. Como se me hizo muy caro, no la autorice y fui por el equipo, lo lleve a otro lugar y el equipo no estaba descompuesto, sólo no había jalado por falta de presión en el agua. Me querían vender una pistola nueva y una reparación fantasma cuando el equipo estaba bien. Completamente deshonesto. No recomendaría llevar a reparación aquí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda ordenada y limpia, la atención por parte de Ana Luisa excelente, muy atenta y explícita, pero dos problemas que empañaron la experiencia, le pregunte si tenía disponible la maquina que decidimos comprar y me respondió que si, le dijimos que entonces nos la llevábamos y procedió a tomar la de exhibición, situación que no nos pareció para nada, lo tomó como una mentira el afirmar que la tenía en existencia, pero bueno, continuamos con la compra, pero esperamos algunos días a que llegara una nueva y empacada, el otro problema y para mi y supongo que para todos, es la falta de estacionamiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame para preguntar si tenían el paro automático de una karcher k4 el cual mencionaron que si, me dieron un precio de $690, y al llegar al establecimiento pregunto por la misma pieza y me comentan que la refacción si la tienen, pero que es del técnico y cuesta $1000 al cual me sorprendo y le comenté que había llamado 3 horas antes y me habían dado otro precio, y dijeron que era por falta de stock y por eso estaba a ese precio, lo cual la verdad no se me hizo justo
