Repairs are expensive and the equipment is very delicate, they must be made for rough and industrial use.

"Lleve a servicio mi equipo 580 que adquirí en el 92, porque trabajaba 5 minutos apox. y se apagaba y luego de 10 min. de apagado, volvía aprender y se volvía apagar en 5 min. Este problema nunca lo resolvieron. En mi opinión era que la máquina se protegía al calentarse (como funciona un no brake).....
Excellent attention in the sale of parts and equipment information; not so in the Service to the equipment.
"I took my 580 equipment to service that I acquired in 92, because I worked 5 minutes apox. And it turned off and after 10 min. Off, I learned again and turned off in 5 min. This problem was never solved. In my opinion was that the machine was protected when heated (how a no brake works) .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La reparación fue un poco cara tomando en cuenta lo que costo el equipo hace varios años, el personal es muy amable y hasta el momento la hidrolavadora funciona a la perfección.
The repair was a bit expensive considering what the equipment cost several years ago, the staff is very friendly and so far the pressure washer works perfectly.

Me gusta que tienen estacionamiento a pie del negocio; lo único que pienso que les falta una rampa para poder facilitar el acceso; pero en otras ocaciones me han ayudado a bajar o subir las maquinas al vehículo si me toca ir sola.
My visit was for service; friendly staff .
I like that they have parking at the foot of the business; the only thing I think is that they lack a ramp to facilitate access; but on other occasions they have helped me to lower or raise the machines to the vehicle if I have to go alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque no abren su propio departamento de recursos humanos en lugar de contratar empresas como legerman outsourcing de poca monta con mala atención, personal no calificado y perdida de tiempo.
Son buena empresa un amigo trabaja aquí pero ni hablar si la contratación es por empresas tan mediocres como esas.
De ahí en más buenos productos a los que compren aquí.
Why don't they open their own human resources department instead of hiring small-time companies like legerman outsourcing with poor attention, unqualified staff and waste of time.
They are a good company, a friend works here, but not to mention if the hiring is for companies as mediocre as these.
Hence in more good products to those who buy here.
