Llevé la hidrolavadora a que me hagan presupuesto para su arreglo, me dijeron que me lo daban el miércoles y cuando hablé me dijeron que aún no estaba listo el presupuesto que hasta el jueves. El jueves llamé y me dicen que ya estaba arreglada y que eran 650 cuando mi karcher nueva vale 1079, carísimo el arreglo! Solo por el servicio y un empaque!! Me dicen que cierran a las 7 y en Google también dice a las 7, llego 6:45 y estaba cerrado, no respetan sus horarios. Y encima la señora que me atendió se comprometió a traérmela muy seguro a domicilio y nada, super grosera!! Tuve que ir yo por ella porque nunca llegaron. Llamas y nunca contestan! Y se ponen al tu por tu con uno como si me regalaran el trabajo! No vuelvo!!!
Terrible service! I took the pressure washer to make an estimate for me to fix it, they told me they would give it to me on Wednesday and when I spoke they told me that the budget was not ready until Thursday. On Thursday I called and they told me that it was already fixed and that there were 650 when my new Karcher is worth 1079, very expensive the repair! Just for the service and packaging !! They tell me that they close at 7 and Google also says at 7, I arrive 6:45 and it was closed, they do not respect their schedules. And on top of that, the lady who attended me promised to bring her to my home very safely and nothing, super rude !! I had to go get it because they never came. You call and they never answer! And they put you by you with one as if they gave me the job! I will not return !!!
