The follow-up is unprofessional! They take a long time to register the agents and you have to be behind them so that they take the paperwork seriously!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El ambiente es muy bueno valido y cordial pero más que eso creo que realmente le dan importancia a ayudar a sus clientes, no se limitan a querer venderte un servicio, se preocupan por darte buena orientación y resolverte dentro de lo razonable. Obviamente hay trámites que son más tardados que otros, pero la satisfacción de sentirte bien asesorado vale la pena.
The atmosphere is very good, valid and cordial, but more than that, I think they really give importance to helping their customers, they don't just want to sell you a service, they care about giving you good guidance and resolving you within reason. Obviously there are procedures that are longer than others, but the satisfaction of feeling well advised is worth it.
