★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no me quisieron regresar el dinero de la compra de un tripié que de plano no sirvió , antes de la compra pregunte si aguantaba el micro, mencione el modelo, me contestaron que si con mucha seguridad, al llegar con el simple peso del micro se baja solito, al comentar esto la única respuesta fue que agarrará otra cosa que no me iban a regresar el dinero, con una actitud bastante hostil

Terrible customer service, if you are going to buy a sound system or something that requires a guarantee, better look for another store, avoid disappointment, anger and waste your time.

Don't buy here. I had to call the police to have a lousy music stand replaced. The owner has no idea about customer service and his attitude is the worst of all.
