I've been with my Karen Ruz Barro Boots for 4 months, they are super comfortable I love them, 100% Mexican product, the super good service, I already ordered my Black Boots and Olivo :)!

Very terrible experience, I bought my shoes model Dique (oxford) black and some sandals came "as a gift" despite having a wide variety of Mexican shoe lines I set out to look for Mexican shoes and specifically from Guadalajara (since I live here) supporting what local, I saw very good reviews for what I bought, at the time of delivery there was no problem, check that it was the size only, the next day when wearing the shoes (I put on socks) I felt that it came out (despite being my size, since I followed the indications and measured the insole that they give on the page) as the day went by it was really uncomfortable since they soaked me, to the point that I could no longer walk, when I took off my shoes I had all my socks stained, the laces really fragile and not to mention that the sole is so smooth that 2 times I was about to fall, disappointed try to wear the sandals and the same story, they stain my feet and they soak me, really original designs but terribly uncomfortable and little f untional. DO NOT throw your money away, buy where shoes can be measured and check their quality.

Average experience, the concept is good but really need a more realistic sizes I ordered a size 5 that looked more like a 6, we made the change by means of kichink where I bought them and it took a month. When I got size 4 I realized that I was exaggeratedly adjusted from the front and the length I stumbled, and in spite of staying so fair they come off the heel, but well I was more lazy to return them fortunately they have loosened a bit but they are still coming out. I think they are points that should be considered in the design since the concept is good and they seem durable. And if they look for soft shoes these are not.

They are unique shoes, made with leather, which is why my pair has lasted a long time. I have been with them for more than a year and I liked them, they are my favorites. Recommended to buy from this brand.

I love! I already have several pairs of this brand and I love them they are super comfortable, the incredible materials and the very unique designs the truth Karen is a very kind girl who is always willing to help you. I bought my first pair 4 years ago and they are still flawless.

I love the brand! I'm not buying shoes online but so far Karen Ruz's shoes have worked quite well for me and the best of all is that when I have had problems with a detail, the attention and response is always very good. It is not very common to find men's shoes with original and custom designs. :)

Very poor service and design. I am very bad at delivery times and the shoes never fit well, now I have to figure out how to put them on. Personally, I would not buy from this brand again because their work does not have a guarantee, in addition to the fact that they are not cheap. Adding to your answer Karen: you did not have the consideration to solve a problem that your design is presenting. You screwed me up too many times and fixed the wrong foot now one is too tight and the other foot is too big. I definitely feel disappointed by your brand!
