Fuyez !!!
Deserves my one star. A scam ! Arrived at night to take a room, the receptionist sold me one via Booking.com before telling me that finally no room was available! No refunds will be made, either via the hotel or via Booking.com. Run away !!!

WARNING!!! VORSICHT!!! ATTENTION!!! Worst experience ever!!! No refund, kein Geld zurück!
WARNING!!! CAUTION!!! ATTENTION!!! Worst experience ever!!! No refund, no money back! We booked 5 nights and got a room that smelled so bad we couldn't stay in it for more than a minute. We were traveling with our three children and could not expect them but absolutely no understanding on the part of the owner. She was never seen in person anyway. $300 thrown out the window. Then had to quickly find another hotel. Very stressful and annoying! Tried to come to an agreement with the owner but no chance :-( Very disappointing!!!

Hotel well located, 10 min by bike from the beaches. Several problems during the stay (hot water, wifi, electricity, etc.). The rooms are ok but the hotel is very noisy due to the more than loud music from the hotel restaurant.

Ok, check in is until 3 pm (totally understandable because you have to clean the rooms). But despite having checked in later, we came across an obviously dirty room, there were soaps started and wet towels hanging on the curtain rods, which made us doubt even if the Saturdays and the other towels had been changed. Secondly, the shower does not have a curtain, so all the water leaks into the room. Third, if you are looking for rest, I do not recommend this place since it has a restaurant (somewhat expensive by the way) that has a noise late at night. Fourth, our reservation included breakfast and the attention from the staff left a lot to be desired. Fifth, and this does not depend on the hotel, there are works on the avenues so be prepared to end up like dust when you walk or bike around there. I can rescue that the terrace and pool area are beautiful.

The attention of the boys is very attentive, the hotel should invest a little more, the showers do not have hot water, the water is cut, there is no curtain or screen so the whole floor gets wet... the locks do not give confidence all the time leaving everything in the bags under 2 padlocks, a lot of noise and you can't rest. The location is good, you are 2 kilometers from the center quietly walking. And for the beaches they are about 3 kilometers if not more... the part of the beautiful pool, on booking.com the photos make it more beautiful but there is a lack of investment in rooms

The stuff was nice, but the whole place is horrible - no wi-fi, no hot water (it works like for 1 minute and that’s all), a lot of insects because walls have holes. And the place is very very very loud - music was playing from restaurants and from pool area till 4am (Wednesday) and then started at 9am - so it was impossible to have rest. For these money you’d better to chose another option in La Veleta or Aldea Zama.

We had everything ok, the inside terrace is a beauty, the boys of the staff were very nice, the rooms do need some renovation but they are the traditional construction with wood, covered with leaves, it feels like in the nature. Much better than what you read in the comments.

The staff were nice. Clearly coping with "growing pains" as they build up the facility. There's road construction ongoing, and water gets disconnected, but not to the hotel's fault as it got disconnected in other places. However, the staff was accommodating and made us feel welcome. Expect U.S. prices or higher for everything, even groceries. I'm not sure how the locals can cope with this inflation?? This place was most affordable and provided a safe place to sleep, in a convenient location.
