â â â â â Muy buena entrenadora personal , pensĂ© que no lograrĂa, me voy a casar en tres meses y estaba con unos kilitos demĂĄs, la verdad estaba muy preocupado xq pensĂ© que no lo lograrĂa , pero ella me ayudo paso a paso, elaboro un plan para mi , y me guiĂł desde el inicio hasta llegar a mi meta. perder esos 11 kilos demĂĄs, debo reconocer que esto no lo hubiera logrado solo.
