Fui con un familiar que me perdió el ticket y pues no me hicieron válida la garantía aún que todos me reconocieron y sabían que me la habían vendido. Entiendo que es por política que no me pueden hacer válida ninguna garantía pero el encargado no hizo no el más mínimo esfuerzo por ayudarme.
