En 1970, los abuelos Doña Jita y Don Néstor, comenzaron su negocito, justo en esta esquina de las calles Garibaldi y José Clemente Orozco; por primera vez y con muchas ilusiones, colocaron su mesita y una olla para comenzar a servir carnes en su jugo, como se les conocían desde entonces.
Hoy queremos agradecerte GUADALAJARA. Por permitirnos ser parte de la cultura local, orgullosamente; hoy somos uno de los más deliciosos platillos que acompañan a esta hermosa ciudad, que nos ha permitido crecer con ella durante 50 años.

The service waa fast, fried beans ans guacamole were awesome. Cheese with chorizo was amazing. The star dish was meh.

And the carne en su jugo was not the best that I've tasted. After adding onion, cilantro, and lime it tasted much better. It's good but not what I expected from online promotions.

Holding the Guinness World Record for the fastest restaurant service, Karne Garibaldi is something of an icon in Guadalajara's restaurant scene.
Service is friendly, welcoming, and EXTREMELY efficient, as you might expect from a world record holding establishment.
The food, too, is frankly excellent, with the carne en su jugo being among the best I've had anywhere.

The service is friendly and lightening quick while the food tastes super fresh ans really authentic. Recommendations: carne en su jugo (large order, it goes quickly), guacamole and a side of beans! I almost forgot order the Sangria, you will not be disappointed!
