R	Roberto González on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renté 6 mesas y 48 sillas, primero se la pasaban cambiando el precio y no me definían bien. Las mesas y sillas no estaban en una condición idónea o buena. Sólo las bajaron de la camioneta, sin dejarlas ya instaladas. El servicio al cliente es malo, porque después de mi evento no pasaron por las mesas al siguiente día, y duraron más de 3 días sin pasar por éstas. Y sin importar que les decía una hora específica para que fueran por ellas se la pasaban respondiendo "Nosotros le llamamos cuando vayamos por ellas" o "mejor mañana pasamos por ellas, jóven" y eso sí por lo menos me respondían los mensajes. De verdad el servicio al cliente es PÉSIMO porque nunca respondían mis mensajes ni llamadas, sólo me dejaban en visto y me mandaba a buzón. Hasta parecía que era yo como cliente era el que debía estar a su disposición inmediata. NADA RECOMENDABLE. I rented 6 tables and 48 chairs, first they spent the time changing the price and they didn't define me well. The tables and chairs were not in an ideal or good condition. They just got them off the truck, without leaving them already installed. The customer service is bad, because after my event they did not go through the tables the next day, and they lasted more than 3 days without going through them. And no matter what I told them a specific time to go for them, they spent the time answering "We call him when we go for them" or "better tomorrow we go through them, young man" and that at least the messages answered me. The customer service is really bad because they never answered my messages or calls, they just left me in sight and sent me to the mailbox. It even seemed that it was me as a client who was to be at your immediate disposal. NOTHING RECOMMENDED.

NO recomiendo este servicio. Zero professionalism, they did not place the tent at the agreed time and the guests had to wait for them to arrive to set it up, as well as the chairs and tables. I DO NOT recommend this service.
