D	DJ Shah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is brand new & very clean. Location is beautiful. Hotel staff is very courteous. Manager Johwany accommodated change in room with great pool aide view. They can arrange all fun activities. Pool is excellent. Small beach area with kayaks was excellent. Enjoyed watching monkeys that visits the hotel & pet friendly place. Owner Richard is a great guy and offered great hospitality. Very happy with stay and will certainly come back ??
H	Herr T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Holidays are fun! A nice little hotel, far away from the tourist hotels. The rooms are very clean and have an excellent size! The complex is very well maintained. The staff is extremely courteous. If you have a problem, you will be helped immediately and everything is made possible! So we were able to find a rental car, although one was no longer available anywhere. Everyone from the staff is attentive, but there are still a few people who meet a particularly high level of service. Dear Fernanda, thanks to you our vacation will be unforgettable, you always knew what we prefer in the restaurant. Dear Obeths, you made everything possible and we had a lot of fun together! One thing is for sure, we will be back!
A	Amy Daraban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kasa was a great, quiet resort. It was small so it was calm and the rooms facing the lagoon have a great view. Kasa used WhatsApp messaging for anything we needed so it was a convenient and contact free way to speak to the staff, and the staff was awesome! Lili and Areli really took care of us in the hotel restaurant and Jhovany, the manager, really made sure we were taken care of! There wasn’t much of a beach on the property but they was a beach club you could pay you use within walking distance. The area was almost more of a small community then a resort area. It was nice for families and I would recommend this for a quiet getaway.

At the reception, everything has to be entered on your phone. After I filled out everything on this little screen, a long list of questions and also from your partner, I wanted to put my signature and everything was gone again. Very annoying. We had booked a superior room. This turned out to be behind the hotel overlooking the parking lot. Not a single view. The room had a heavy ground smell. The breakfast was very minimal and the waiters let you know they expect a tip. I wouldn't stay here again, especially in a superior room.
m	mity starzz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, modern, stylish, clean room in a safe and quiet area. This place is a perfect sanctuary. The staff were helpful and friendly and the property was always kept clean. We stayed in a suite that overlooked the pool and lake. Good wifi and parking was also available. My only “con” was that the food could have been better and maybe change the check-in process so that the guest doesn’t have to do the administrative things. Will definitely recommend.

Food was amazing and freshly cooked everyday and there was also a lot of restaurants nearby. Lots to do nearby as well, beach was walking distance and they even had dolphins near by. Overall had the best experience. If your looking for a quiet but beautiful get away I highly recommend this place.

Breakfast very rich and delicious. The service was the best. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating and left nothing to be desired, from the restaurant crew to the house management and reception. Thanks also to the manager and owner who gave us a free upgrade on our second stay. But also thanks to Chris, Cindy, Alfredo and everyone else!!!!
