★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los funcionarios no tenían autorización de apoyarnos en nada, por "políticas de la empresa". 1) esterelizar el biberon en su microondas; 2) el sushi cerrado y rechazaron servirnos del otro restaurante. No parecía que éramos hóspedes o clientes del hotel.
Officials were not authorized to support us in anything, because of "company policies". 1) sterilize the bottle in your microwave; 2) the sushi closed and they refused to serve us from the other restaurant. It did not look like we were guests or hotel guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece muy ilógico que cierren les domingos a las 5pm, considerando que solo tienen 2 opciones de restaurante para los huéspedes y la Hacienda está lejos del centro.
Marque al room service y me dijeron que estaba marcando al Kasoku y que ahí solo es bar, y me hicieron marcar al restaurante (que tampoco es nada bueno y muy lento), marque y me dijeron que el sushi ya había cerrado. Creo que la hacienda es linda, pero el servicio es muy malo.
It seems very illogical to me that they close on Sundays at 5pm, considering that they only have 2 restaurant options for guests and the Hacienda is far from the center.
I called the room service and they told me that I was dialing the Kasoku and that there is only a bar, and they made me dial the restaurant (which is not good and very slow), I called and they told me that the sushi had already closed. I think the hacienda is nice, but the service is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location and grounds; gorgeous vista. Like being in the country yet so close to San Miguel. The sushi is fresh and delicious. All three dishes we ordered were perfect and we are very picky sushi eaters! Truly a terrific find. We will be back.
