★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMOS muebles en cuanto a calidad, llevo casi un año en composturas y no queda, el relleno es de BAJA calidad. Adicional a esto el personal de la tienda no está comprometido a dar respuesta a mi problema. De verdad NO compren aquí, verán en las reseñas de la tienda que no soy el único.
AWFUL furniture in terms of quality, I've been repairing it for almost a year and there's nothing left, the padding is of LOW quality. In addition to this, the store staff is not committed to responding to my problem. Really DO NOT buy here, you will see in the reviews of the store that I am not the only one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los muebles visiblemente son muy bonitos pero desafortunadamente, la calidad de estos son PÉSIMOS. En cuanto al servicio por parte de los vendedores y los responsables de arreglar mi mueble ha sido de igual manera deficiente. Llevo casi un año dando seguimiento a esa situación y no me dan respuesta por parte de ningún trabajador de la empresa.
De verdad, NO COMPREN.
Son bonitos, pero no lo vale.
The furniture is visibly very nice but unfortunately, the quality of these is AWFUL. As for the service by the vendors and those responsible for fixing my furniture, it has been equally deficient. I've been following up on this situation for almost a year and I don't get a response from any company worker.
Seriously, DO NOT BUY.
They are pretty, but not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA CALIDAD. Mi comedor tenía PELOS en el barniz. Al "repararlo", Kassel estropeó el color y ahora no combina con el resto de los muebles del comedor. Encima, son muebles mal terminados como se ve en la foto, no está lijado siquiera lo cual raspa y astilla. El gerente de Servicios acusa que yo solo quiero que me cambien el comedor en vez de reconocer que la mesa está mal terminada.
POOR QUALITY. My dining room had HAIR in the veneer. By "repairing" it, Kassel messed up the color and now it doesn't match the rest of the dining room furniture. On top of that, they are poorly finished furniture as seen in the photo, it is not even sanded which scrapes and splinters. The Services manager accuses me that I only want the dining room to be changed instead of acknowledging that the table is poorly finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda y el personal muy amable pero la calidad de los muebles es pésima, tuve que mandar a modificar un sofá con un profesional, porque al mes de uso se deformó y se hundía en ciertas partes además de que rechina como mueble viejo, y cuando reclamé a Kassel prácticamente me dijeron "así viene el modelo joven". No compren aquí si no están dispuestos a sufrir por muebles chafas.
The store and the staff are very friendly but the quality of the furniture is terrible, I had to have a sofa modified with a professional, because after a month of use it deformed and sank in certain parts as well as it squeaks like old furniture, and when I claimed Kassel they practically told me "this is how the young model comes." Do not buy here if you are not willing to suffer for cheap furniture.
