★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los lentes que venden son una porquería, compre unos lentes de armazón Arnette con antireflejante, del puro tratamiento antireflejante fueron 2200 siguiendo todos los cuidado el antireflejante se cayó a la semana. Las micas y la atención son deficientes, además de que no dan garantía. Muy mal lugar, no lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los peores lentes que he tenido en mi vida los he mandado a hacer en Ópticas Kauffman y posiblemente también algunos de los más caros. El primer par lo adquirí hace aproximadamente 10 años y fueron terribles. Pensando en que quizás el servicio y sobre todo la calidad habían mejorado, mandé a hacer un nuevo par recientemente. He de confesar que quise confiar en la calidad porque el armazón me había gustado mucho. El precio total de los lentes fue superior a los 5 mil pesos. Solicité el antirreflejante más caro que tenían, mismo que estaba supuestamente garantizado. Al mes estaba de regreso con unas burbujas que me impedían una buena visibilidad. Me comentaron que me harían "el favor" de hacerme válida la garantía. Dejé los lentes y a los pocos meses tenían de nuevo las burbujas en ambas lentes. Ahora la visión es terrible y tendré que mandarme a hacer un nuevo par. Este es probablemente el par de lentes que me ha durado menos (menos de un año) y el que ha terminado en peor estado al poco tiempo. Evita este negocio de muy baja calidad y ahórrate tiempo y dinero.

Tienen buenos precios.
Lo bonito de esta sucursal es que el edificio es histórico. En el año de 1725 el centro histórico sufrió una de las inundaciones más grandes, en la cual el agua subió a casi 2 mts. del nivel de suelo. En la esquina de Motolinia y Madero se puede admirar “la cabeza de un León" que representa el nivel que alcanzó el agua. La pequeña cabeza está acompañada por un escudo que se encuentra en la esquina de enfrente y en el centro tiene grabada la fecha de la gran inundación.
