No son propiamente sólo ensaladas.
Puedes armar tu bowl chico, mediano o grande a base de arroz, arroz integral, mezcla de lechugas, pepino… escoges proteína entre pollo, atún, salmón, surimi, camarón, camarón empanizado… luego todas las verduras que gustes… luego aderezos y finalmente algún topping como cebolla crunch, betabel cruncky, camote crunchy…
El bowl mediano con 2 proteínas $138 sin bebida.
Lo único malo ?? es que el ambiente olía mucho a fritura quemada, se sentía con humo y los ojos nos lloraban. Creo que fríen sus toppings ahí (supongo freidora de aire) pero vicia el aire y aroma del lugar ? ojalá tuvieran mejor ventilación.

They are not properly just salads.
You can build your small, medium or large bowl with rice, brown rice, mixed lettuce, cucumber ... you choose protein between chicken, tuna, salmon, surimi, shrimp, breaded shrimp ... then all the vegetables you like ... then dressings and finally some topping like crunch onion, cruncky beet, crunchy sweet potato ...
The medium bowl with 2 proteins $ 138 without drink.
The only bad thing ?? is that the atmosphere smelled a lot of burnt fry, it felt smoky and our eyes were watering. I think they fry their toppings there (I guess air fryer) but it vitiates the air and aroma of the place ? I wish they had better ventilation.
