Llevo 5 dias desde que entregué el auto a reparación luego del diagnóstico y me siguen diciendo que está en espera de reparación.
2 semanas esperando a que llegaran las piezas (por cierto piezas que dañaron ellos mismos al hacer el diagnóstico).
2 semanas para que me dieran fecha de reparación.
5 dias de "reparación" sin mi auto.
Absurdamente malo tal servicio.
 Terrible warranty service.

El personal muy atento y siempre pendiente de qué necesitas, te orientan de una manera muy eficaz. La experiencia de ver con toda libertad los vehículos, inspeccionarlos y poder valorar cuál es la mejor opción, te permite realmente vivir la experiencia de poder hacerlo diferente, a tu ritmo, sin presión con muchas facilidades y con la tranquilidad y respaldo de saber que todos los autos ya fueron previamente revisados a profundidad, si lo que buscas es cambiar de auto, sin problemas, en el mejor lugar, sin duda, acude a KAVAK. Cuentan con un programa para apartar el vehículo y que no te lo ganen, si no te gusta, te reembolsan tu dinero, sin problema y tienes un período de prueba de 7 días o 300 kilómetros ya que elegiste y compraste tu auto para que estés 100% convencido, si no, te lo cambian y/o te regresan tu dinero, así de sencillo es vivir la nueva forma de comprar un auto. Altamente recomendable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque hagas la cita antes por la web igual te hacen esperar lo mismo que los que no hicieron cita, alrededor de una hora para poder ingresar. Una vez que ingresas, ves 20 minutos de videos publicitarios y después puedes acceder al estacionamiento. Tienen muchos autos disponibles lo que es bueno, puedes probar y ver todos. Algunos autos están muy sucios aunque están bien ordenados por modelo. En realidad los precios son los más económicos comparados con agencias de seminuevos, sin embargo actualmente los seminuevos están muy caros así que recomiendo gastat un poco más y comprar un auto nuevo. No pase de ahí así que no puedo opinar de su proceso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad con el personal es muy amable pero pésimo el servicio de póliza de garantía no lo recomiendo estuvo mi auto 3 semanas para que me dieran un diagnóstico y no le hicieron nada. Es tanta su demanda pero no tienen la capacidad y su aplicación es fatal me dijeron puras mentiras. No lo recomiendo no compren póliza de garantía

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vayan con tiempo aunque si agendan por la mañana es un poco mas rapido pero aun asi esperaran mas de 1 hora en salir. Yo lleve mi auto a revision y en 24 hrs me dieron el diagnostico pude retirar mi auto al dia siguiente en lo que llegaban las pzs para repararlo las cuales tardaron 3 semana me citaron a la reparacion y lo deje 3 dias mas. Todo el contacto del seguimiento es por la aplicacion y el chat en el cual se pierde el personal de Kavak. No es tan malo pero creo que la garantia se podria evitar si revisaran bien los autos antes de ponerlos a la venta y nos evitariamos estas molestias.
Go with time although if you schedule in the morning it is a little faster but even so you will wait more than 1 hour to leave. I took my car for inspection and in 24 hours they gave me the diagnosis, I was able to pick up my car the next day while the people arrived to repair it, which took 3 weeks, they called me for the repair and I left it for 3 more days. All follow-up contact is through the app and chat in which Kavak staff is lost. It's not that bad, but I think that the guarantee could be avoided if they checked the cars well before putting them up for sale and we would avoid these inconveniences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO te atienden a tiempo (no hay quien te reciba tu auto) y no hay alguien que se haga responsable, estoy descepcionado de su servicio postventa, el gran problema es que no te dan información tienes que estar preguntando para que te atiendan, pase una mala experiencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia. Mi auto entro a garantía, no me daban seguimiento. Tuve que marcar y de inicio el responsable no respondía.
Llegó el día para recoger el auto, pregunté si podía acudir y estaba listo; me respondieron que si.
Llegué a las instalaciones y me dijeron que mi auto no está listo para su salida que tenía que esperar 2-3 horas. Un fiasco.
Contacte al responsable que debería llevar mi caso y JAMÁS RESPONDIÓ.
Nadie se hace cargo de NADA.
No recomiendo NINGÚN TIPO DE SERVICIO CON ELLOS.
Una mala experiencia de inicio y creo que será así hasta el final.

A bad experience at the beginning and I think it will be like that until the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio pésimo en el área de garantías, no tienen organización ni quien te reciba y al preguntar todos te mandan con alguien y ese alguien con el que le preguntaste primero y te hacen esperar por todo para ir a platicar con sus compañeros y no dan solución de nada tarde 4hrs en solo que me entreguen y eso por que le pregunté nuevamente y su respuesta fue “si es cierto se me había olvidado “ cuando estuve pregunté y pregunté.
Espero que si compran todo salga bien ya que en temas de garantías es un fastidio su servicio
