La atención en línea es fabulosa pero la "experiencia kavak" de meterte a cuartos para "convencerte" de su servicio es fatal. Ahórrense esa pena diciendo que ya la conocen y vean los coches y ofertas que tienen. La atención, principalmente de la chica de la entrada, fue espantosa. Hubiera preferido interactuar con una máquina. No sé si son tan fríos porque están hasta el 6to sótano rodeados de cemento, pero hace falta la interacción humana de alguien que te muestre el auto y no que te manden a pasear a ver si encuentras el auto que ya apartaste. Casi le pongo una estrella por el servicio ahí pero me abstuve porque lo demás ha sido bueno.
The attention online is fabulous but the "kavak experience" of going into rooms to "convince" you of their service is fatal. Save yourself that penalty by saying that you already know it and see the cars and offers they have. The attention, mainly from the girl at the entrance, was appalling. I would have preferred to interact with a machine. I don't know if they are so cold because they are up to the 6th basement surrounded by cement, but it takes the human interaction of someone to show you the car and not send you for a walk to see if you find the car you have already set aside. I almost gave it a star for the service there but I refrained because the rest has been good.

Pésima experiencia en la entrega del vehículo. Llevó más de 4 horas para que entregarán el vehículo a partir de la hora en que indicaron en que lo entregarían. Cero cortesías durante la espera (agua, café, bocadillos). Deben agilizar los tiempos de entrega ya que 4 horas para este proceso es una falta de respeto a los tiempos de los clientes.

El peor servicio y experiencia de compra de auto que he tenido en mi vida, sus asesores te responden un mensaje después de horas o hasta días, los carros te aseguran que tiene "garantía Kavak" y vienen mal mecánicamente, tiene 3 semanas que compre un carro ahí, de las cuales ya ha ingresado a revisión y reparación 3 veces!! Lo arreglan de una cosa y lo descomponen otra. La última vez le terminaron descomponiendo la palanca de velocidades y no podía poner el vehículo en parking, ni siquiera lo revisaron y lo peor que así me lo entregaron,!! Exponiendo mi seguridad. Parece que sus mecánicos no saben ni lo que hacen. He pedido la devolucion de mi dinero, te siguen haciendo los cobros mensuales y ni siquiera son para contestarte por WhatsApp, y por llamada levantas la queja y te dicen que darán respuesta en 72 hr. Por toda la publicidad que vemos, la gente cree que Kavak es una empresa confiable, segura y con buen trato y experiencia al cliente. Déjeme decirles que se han visto muuuuy rebasados, no se dan abasto y no saben que hacer que tantas quejas que tienen, les falta mucha capacitación y mejorar sus procesos. Hasta hubiera sido mejor comprar mi auto con un coyote que con el "unicornio Mexicano"
The worst service and car buying experience I've had in my life, their advisors answer a message after hours or even days, the cars assure you that they have a "Kavak warranty" and they come mechanically wrong, it's been 3 weeks since I bought a car there, of which it has already been checked and repaired 3 times!! They fix it from one thing and break it down another. The last time they ended up breaking the gear lever and I couldn't put the vehicle in parking, they didn't even check it and the worst thing was that they delivered it to me!! Exposing my security. It seems that their mechanics don't even know what they're doing. I have requested the return of my money, they continue to charge you monthly and they are not even to answer you by WhatsApp, and by call you raise the complaint and they tell you that they will respond in 72 hours. Because of all the advertising we see, people believe that Kavak is a reliable, safe company with good treatment and customer experience. Let me tell you that they have been sooo overwhelmed, they can't cope and they don't know what to do because of so many complaints they have, they lack a lot of training and improve their processes. It would even have been better to buy my car with a coyote than with the "Mexican unicorn"

Pésimo servicio, no entregan papeles completos, ha sido una pesadilla y no lo recomiendo. Juegan con las personas y solo quieren que pagues y des enganche. Su mal servicio ha afectado mi salud física y solo con amenaza responden en friega. Conocimos a alguien de Kavak corporativo y si nos ha ayudado un poco pero no tendría porqué pasar está pesadilla de la compra del auto. Llegamos a Kavak por recomendación y ahora yo digo NO COMPREN AHÍ! estamos viendo este tema ya legalmente y solucionar de la mejor manera. Que triste leer un alto porcentaje de malos comentarios.
Terrible service, they do not deliver complete papers, it has been a nightmare and I do not recommend it. They play with people and they just want you to pay and get paid. Their poor service has affected my physical health and they only respond with threats. We met someone from Kavak corporate and he has helped us a bit, but he shouldn't have to go through this car-buying nightmare. We came to Kavak by recommendation and now I say DON'T BUY THERE! We are seeing this issue legally and solving it in the best way. How sad to read a high percentage of bad comments.

Esperamos más de dos horas para que nos mostraran un auto. Te pintan todo muy veloz y eficiente, y los mismos empleados se quejan de que no hay suficiente personal y que mejor dejes tu queja en una tableta. Me siento decepcionada.

Tuve muchas dudas a ver el sistema que manejan todo via internet y quise ir a ver si la empresa existia y si era real lo que ofrecen y la verdad quede impactada en la forma de su trabajo de principio me costó sumergirme a la modalidad pero ya ahi me gusto mucho realmente.

Primera vez conociendo la experiencia en KAVAK ?? Realmente es una experiencia desde que llegas, te ingresan a unas cuartos con pantalla para platicarte a través de videos qué son, cómo surgieron y cómo usar la App. El recorrido es 100% visual, pero al salir, llegas a una sala de espera en la que ya no sabes qué hacer, tomar turno o ver coches. Yo fui a ver los coches que tenía en exhibición, (realmente tienen muchos) pero de los que buscaba estaban en muy mal estado (les faltan piezas internas) y olían horrible. ? Estaban evaluando mi auto y fueron más de 2 horas. Me llamaron para decirme la oferta igual me la enviaron por mail, fin, no tuve más contacto humano jaja. Si quieren vender si coche en KAVAK al hacer su cita pregunten qué tienen que llevar (por no llevar duplicado de llave, ya me lo estaban descontando) cuánto tiempo aprox tardarán, qué papeles llevar para realizar la venta y tápense bien, ellos se encuentran en el sótano 6 por lo que hace frío.
First time knowing the experience in KAVAK ?? It really is an experience from the moment you arrive, they enter you into some rooms with a screen to talk to you through videos about what they are, how they came about and how to use the App. The route is 100% visual, but when you leave, you arrive at a waiting room where you no longer know what to do, take turns or see cars. I went to see the cars they had on display, (they really have a lot) but the ones I was looking for were in pretty bad shape (missing internal parts) and smelled awful. ? They were evaluating my car and it was more than 2 hours. They called me to tell me the offer they sent it to me by mail, anyway, I had no more human contact haha. If you want to sell your car at KAVAK when you make your appointment, ask what you have to bring (for not having a duplicate key, they were already discounting it from me), how long it will take approximately, what papers to bring to make the sale and cover up well, they are at basement 6 so it's cold.
