★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de dudar y entrar en pánico, por fin tenemos nuestro auto. Encontramos un seminuevo con solo 800 km, esperemos en su primer servicio, salga todo bien.
Si se apegaran realmente a los plazos establecidos , serían un 5 estrellas, por el momento quedamos en 3.
Evite mareos y atenciones intermitentes del personal, si vas a vender, vende y que te comparen los precios de una compra inmediata a un cambio de vehículo. Recomiendo tener muchísima paciencia.
No tomes decisiones precipitadas, hay un buen de stock de vehículos, sé minucioso en tu búsqueda.
Los precios son más elevados pero al menos hay un trato "más formal" en la negociación.

Prices are higher but at the least there is a "more formal" treatment in the negotiations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una buena opción para vender tu auto la atención es agradable, sin embargo el tiempo de espera es muy largo de más de 5 horas y deberás considerar que no siempre se termina el trámite en un solo día
It is a good option to sell your car, the attention is pleasant, however the waiting time is very long, more than 5 hours and you should consider that the process is not always completed in a single day

La atención al cliente en mi caso fue excepcional. Pero ahora entiendo el porque.
En febrero compre de contado 1 auto marca VW, submarca vento.
Creo no hace falta explicar mas, las fotos hablan por si solas. No recomiendo Kavak,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently bought a car online. Usually, a risky thing to do here in Mexico. With the help of Kavak however, I was able to enjoy absolute security due to their extended warranty as well as their reputable brand.
I have purchased my vehicle in Mexico DF, as the store here in Puebla hasn’t been opened yet. Even though I’m registered as a customer in DF, Kavak made it possible for me to get my maintenance here in Puebla. The whole team was really nice when I got there, but the KAM, Ericka Lopez (if I remember correctly), really stood out. She worked tirelessly to give me the best experience possible, and even helped me out with questions about my car that didn’t have anything to do with the service.
5 stars for Kavak, 5 stars for their superior customer management, and 5 stars for the great employees!
