Aseguraron que llegaba sábado 27 noviembre 2021 Después que siempre llega el domingo 28 de noviembre. Al llegar a Monterrey en avión rentar hotel y acudir a la cita acordada 4:00pm. Nos atienden diciendo que ni siquiera el auto ha llegado Es justo? Ellos piden liquidar a los 7 días de apartado. Pero no se hacen responsables por gastos ocasionados por sus mentiras y falta de comunicación. Pésima logística atención a cliente y seguimiento, de que sirve que te llamen diario mientras está pendiente la entrega si al final lo que te dijeron son mentiras. @CarlosGarcíaOttati ‘ Los comentarios negativos en los que dicen que al haber un problema ya no contestan son más que ciertos, y son por lo mismo una compañía bien posicionada pero sin comunicación, compromiso con los clientes y falta de formalidad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha variedad de autos, mala atención al cliente, no te asignan un asesor ni nadie que te ayude y además si quieres pagar con crédito bancario ellos no te apoyan, como en las agencias de seminuevos, te dicen que tú tienes que ir directamente con el banco y la tasa del crédito que ellos te otorgan creo que es del 15%, cuando con un banco la puedes conseguir en 10%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No había tenido esa experiencia de compra de automóvil excelente forma de vender, puedes ver los vehículos y encenderlos es como un almacén si te piden separarlo y el reembolso es rápido en caso de que no te guste ese auto o elijas otro. Y la entrega también es rapida incluso ha cc en entregas a domicilio.
I hadn't had that car buying experience great way to sell you can see the vehicles and turn them on it's like a warehouse if they ask you to take it apart and the refund is quick in case you don't like that car or choose another. And the delivery is also fast, even has cc in home deliveries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At Kavak you can save a car for a reasonable price. We did not have time to wait in Monterrey for delivery from Mexico City so we reserved a car in MCity and drove to Ciudad to look at and buy. We get there and the car is not their. It was at a Honda dealership and would not be ready for 3 to 35 days. We only found that out after getting angry. Customer Service is terrible, 10 people standing around but no one can anwser your questions. Please beware. I am a businessman and I would not trust their system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Kavak last weekend to check a car I saw on internet. It tooks them 2 hours to find it. (what a system!) But the real disappointing thing is they told me the car need more ispection after I found out the engine warning light is on.
Today I contact them with Whatsapp and nobody can tell me anything about when the car will be ready for sale. Don't even try to contact them by whatsapp. It takes them 10 to 30 min to send every reply.
