Terrible service, they do not follow up on the request, they answer you when they want and they are not interested in selling, above all it is not reliable, their advisers do not care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la visita que hice me detectaron daños que no existen, no creo que en la agencia sepan menos que ellos, deben ser sinceros y decir no me interesa su auto y gracias, pero inventar esta mal. Instalaciones muy bien! Concepto me gustó.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El concepto muy bueno, la experiencia dentro del negocio muy buena, sin embargo, la atención muy muy mala. Al ser todos muy jóvenes se ve que están mas interesados en que sea la hora de la salida como en la secundaria en vez de darte una atención y un seguimiento para convencerte de comprar. Nunca supe si podia comprar el coche que quería, ya que la persona que me atendió ya se había ido y los demas empleados se ve que no conocen del todo el negocio. A diferencia de una agencia, el seguimiento es constante y no te vas de ahi hasta que compres el carro. Debo admitir que el modelo de negocio es muy pero sus recursos humanos no están al nivel. Ojala lo atienden rapido si no tendré que ir a la agencia por un coche ultimo modelo :D
The concept very good, the experience within the business very good, however, the service very very bad. As they are all very young, you can see that they are more interested in leaving it like in high school instead of giving you attention and a follow-up to convince you to buy. I never knew if I could buy the car I wanted, since the person who attended me had already left and the other employees seem to not know the whole business. Unlike an agency, the monitoring is constant and you don't leave there until you buy the car. I must admit that the business model is very but its human resources are not at the level. Hopefully they will attend to you quickly if I will not have to go to the agency for a late model car: D
