★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia recomiendo buscar otro negocio para comprar auto se tardan y ya cuando revisan tu carro en la inspección le mueven a todo el carro y el motor y ahora se prendió el foco de el motor en el tablero por supuesto no me lo van a pagar van a decir que no le movieron nada otro cosa primero te dicen un precio luego otro y después otro. Le dije que yo no ocupaba fiado que quería comprar algo mejor y pagar el restante de contacto sin necesidad de pedir fiado y es la peor experiencia si estás muy quebrado y ocupas dinero rápido si te lo pagarían pero bien bajo y si pides fiado interés súper caros y puros malos comentarios de clientes.
Ahorren tiempo y dinero no compren aquí
Terrible experience I recommend looking for another business to buy a car they take a while and when they check your car in the inspection they move the whole car and the engine and now the engine light on the dashboard is on of course they are not going to pay me they go to say that they did not move anything else, first they tell you a price, then another, and then another. I told him that I did not take credit that I wanted to buy something better and pay the rest of the contact without having to ask for credit and it is the worst experience if you are very broke and take money quickly if they would pay you but very low and if you ask for super expensive interest on credit and pure bad customer reviews.
Save time and money don't buy here

They push for anyone to pay 1500 pesos first to hold the car even before you see it. When you get to the site, they gave you an illusion that’s professional by asking you to view a short film in a private room. That was as professional as it gets. Everything else feels like self serve more than you get any help.
I was super frustrated that the sales never explain clearly what they need to complete the purchase so we ended up having to have multiple Uber trips in the span of three days which waste a lot of our time and energy when we could have been done in two days ( it’s a cash sales) I don’t know how people do it with finance option, probably take longer.
Anyway I probably won’t recommend my friends and family to purchase through Kavak
