★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al inicio son muy amables, te deslumbran sus instalaciones, conforme avanza el proceso de venta y vas aceptando sus condiciones te van dejando solo y el trato de igual forma va en picada, hasta que todo acaba siendo tu problema y el pago ni siquiera es el mismo día, te recomiendo hacerlo en otra consecionaria.
At the beginning they are very friendly, their facilities dazzle you, as the sales process progresses and you accept their conditions they leave you alone and the treatment in the same way goes downhill, until everything ends up being your problem and the payment is not even the same day, I recommend doing it in another dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó que para valuar no te dejen ingresar con la unidad y ellos lo meten mientras tú ve a darte la vuelta., cómo se que no le sacarán algo en el momento, o la descomponen suele pasar algunas veces, agradezco pero no creo que sea tan importante Kavak para dejar mi unidad en manos de desconocidos......prefiero que si les interesa pues vengan a mi oficina.....
I did not like that to value they do not let you enter with the unit and they put it in while you go to turn around. Kavak is so important to leave my unit in the hands of strangers... I prefer that if you are interested, then come to my office.....

Entregué vehículo 13/01/ 2022 y ese día recibí 90% de lo pactado, entregué documentos faltantes 21/01/ 2022, desde ese día no recibo el 10% restante, llamo a diario y siempre dicen que en 24 hrs queda. La comunicación es con “bot” de whatsapp o “call center” quienes no saben que hacer, no hay un supervisor a quien dirigirse, no hay una persona responsable. NO DEJEN SUS AUTOS te engañan, por que te retienen un % sin previo aviso, muy tarde leí otras reseñas.
