★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenas presentaciones en video, modernas instalaciones, atención pobre por falta de conocimiento de los autos por parte de su staff , ofrecen carros en venta descuidados por su dueños anteriores, que aun no han pasado por su taller central. Algunos ni siquiera arrancan. Muy alto el costo de financiamiento.

Vean los comentarios en Facebook, no soy el único que estafaron...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acompañe a mi cuñado con la intención de vender su auto, desafortunadamente la publicidad que manejan en los medios distorsiona la realidad, al llegar nos encontramos que para comprar tu vehículo como te ofrecen, te condicionan a que compres otro de los que tienen en venta de otra manera por muy bueno que este tu vehículo no lo compran.
Si la realidad no es completamente lo que ofrecen en medios o tienen la información de una manera que no es completamente clara, ya están distorsionando lo que ofrecen y terminas perdiendo el tiempo
Por eso mi recomendación es que antes de ir a una cita, se comuniquen y pidan toda la información de manera clara u pidan les aclaren si en verdad les compran el vehículo sin ninguna condicionante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo un staff muy bien capacitado , desde el señor de seguridad hasta el Director . Tuve una situación en la cual no permitieron que se quedaran así las cosas , hasta no irme contenta , superaron la atención al cliente .
No pararon hasta asegurarse de que yo estuviera tranquila ante un paso tan importante.
A very well trained staff, from the security man to the Director. I had a situation in which they did not allow things to stay that way, until I left happy, they exceeded customer service.
They did not stop until they made sure that I was calm before such an important step.
