Terrible experience, not what I expected I am working with an advisor Rodrigo Velazquez Rodriguez and this was our experience. We bought the vehicle in Kavak. First, when we were on our way to Kavak Lerma to see the vehicle, they sent me a message that the branch closes at 6:00 p.m. And we had an appointment scheduled for 6pm. We arrived at 6:15 p.m. and had to wait until 7:00 p.m. for the car to be delivered. At 19:20 we already knew that we wanted to buy it, but they told us that everyone from the sales team had already left. We had to wait until they came back to make the cash payment. We were thinking “why do they make appointments at 6:00 p.m. if there are no people to attend these appointments?” We made the payment. I signed the contract on February 1, then it turns out that they don't have it, I had to sign it again on February 10. They took 1 week and a half to deliver the vehicle (not 72 hours). They delivered it with battery failure and took it to fix it. It's February 14, it's been 14 days after I made the payment, and I don't have my contract or my car. And I made the cash payment

The business is very serious, very strict in its procedures and although the final process is a bit slow, it is well worth it. Of course I do recommend it. Good! ?

Do not waste your time!!!! I ignored the bad recommendations here on Google about Kavak Xola and still went. Approximate time for your car to be inspected 2 to 3 hours. If you do not have a pre-owned car and more than 200 or 300 thousand pesos better not try. I was able to realize that a business has already been set up between the technicians, the girls who serve them and the clients, since they even know each other, surely they carry cars constantly. How my car was a Spark, they only told me that it did not pass the legal tests hahaha something totally absurd because my car is in order and a relative sold it to me. In conclusion, do not waste your time if you have a car that is worth little money.

Terrible service, while I was waiting for them to attend to me (with a scheduled appointment) they received another car.... it is probably a regular customer. They called me at 8 am from Kavak to confirm the appointment and clarify that due to the pandemic I could go with a companion, however, at the agency, my husband and I were in the waiting room along with 2 other clients and they told us (a us) that due to the pandemic we could not be there and that we had to wait outside. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Obviously I left. From the cop the visit is already off to a bad start... Kavak, pay attention to these details, let's make an appointment to do business, not to beg for money

The lady at the counter is quite bitter, badly faced, zero friendly, does not know how to give reports, constantly moves from the counter to NOT attend. Kavak in general terms is a NIGHTMARE!!! I finished my process many many hours and days later, before committing such a commitment of cars for sale and purchase... train the staff. There is no desire to return, a nightmare in Portal San Ángel, Masaryk, Patio Tlalpan, ALL ARE THE SAME...INEFFICIENT, ad nauseam.

One of the best agencies to sell your car, the quote for your car is given to you on the page at a reasonable cost, they present you with several options, exchange, sale, or loan. You schedule your appointment for inspection and if you like the proposal they pay you by transfer the same day, consider the process of 4 to 6 hours.

Terrible service, I arrived at 11:00 am they attended to me until 5:00 in the afternoon. Too many people doing nothing After they treated me and requested all the documents they did not comment on how much the value of my car was, which they later marked me I retire and 30 minutes after I leave they dial me to tell me that they already have the amount offered and I had to return to be treated, I left until 10:00 pm. Please more organization and less jerks doing nothing. Kavak should take a look to see the lousy organization of its people.
