★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato es muy malo, la gente que atiende en Kavak Xola tiene un pésimo trato al cliente, hay personal que no cumple funciones y se la pasa en el celular sin atender a los clientes,no respetan las horas establecidas de cita y no hay un supervisor que ponga orden en el lugar.

Y lleve un coche 2020, tope de gama y sin ningún detalle, pensé sería fácil venderlo ahí y con eso comprar otro coche que me gusta más, pero error ya era obvio que iba a ser una jalada.
The one at the reception is rude, I regretted going, they make you feel as if they were doing you a favor. And I took a 2020 car, top of the range and without any details, I thought it would be easy to sell it there and with that buy another car that I like better, but mistake it was already obvious that it was going to be a drag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron una cita para evaluar mi coche pero desde que llegas está pésima la atención, no te dejan decir nada, no te preguntan nada y te hacen esperar una hora y media a pesar de tener cita, ya que por fin pasas no hay atención ni de la recepcionista mucho menos de los mecánicos o asesores, no aceptaron mi coche porque se reventó una bolsa en un laminazo que me dieron, si desde el principio te dejarán hablar, preguntar o decir algo no hubiera perdido mi tiempo, la calificación no es porque no me compraran el coche es por la pésima atención que tienen en Xola, además es inseguro llevas tus papeles y te hacen estacionarte a una cuadra porque no tienen lugar entonces para que la cita? A lo mejor la empresa es buena pero deben supervisar el pésimo personal que tienen
