★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una distribuidora de muy buenas motocicletas, sin embargo a veces parece no estar en servicio, el ambiente al entrar es algo "callado" y un poco gris. La exhibición de sus productos es correcta debido a que muestran aquellos modelos mas populares de la franquicia, tanto motocicletas, como aditamentos necesarios para una conducción segura.
En cuestión de servicio, es bueno, sin embargo podría ser mejor si las personas que atienden conocieran bien que es aquello que vende su agencia, debido a que pareciese que no tienen conocimiento de todos los productos que ofrece se Kawasaki.
Todos los precios que te dan en un principio son en dolares y tienes que hacer la conversión para tener un aproximado en pesos.
It is a distributor of very good motorcycles, however sometimes it seems not to be in service, the atmosphere when entering is somewhat "quiet" and a little gray. The display of their products is correct because they show those most popular models of the franchise, both motorcycles and accessories necessary for safe driving.
In terms of service, it is good, however it could be better if the people they serve knew well what their agency sells, because it seems that they do not have knowledge of all the products that Kawasaki offers.
All the prices they give you in the beginning are in dollars and you have to do the conversion to have an approximate one in pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El PEOR servicio y venta!!!!!! que he tenido en la vida, compre una z650, nunca me entregaron manual, en el primer servicio no encontraban las llaves para entregarme mi moto, en fin, nunca más la lleve puras mentiras y pretextos, si vas a comprar kawasaki no compres con JCA.
WORST service and sale !!! I've had in life, buy a z650, they never gave me a manual, in the first service they couldn't find the keys to give me my motorcycle, anyway, never take it again, pure lies and excuses, if you're going to buy kawasaki, don't buy with JCA .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré una moto, mal armada con fallas serias, al llevarla al taller a garantía me la regresaron igual o peor y le sacaron la gasolina. No lo recomiendo ni como agencia ni como taller. Pésima imagen para kawasaki.
I bought a motorcycle, badly assembled with serious flaws, when I took it to the workshop for warranty they returned it to me the same or worse and they removed the gasoline. I do not recommend it as an agency or as a workshop. Bad image for kawasaki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirí una z400 con este equipo, la atención por parte de la vendedora muy amable pero con poca información respecto a la unidad...
Regrese a los 1000 km, para el primer servicio y o sorpresa, muy poca información sobre el tema costos elevados y mucha desatención.
Espero puedan. Mejorar capacitando mejor a sus elementos ya que dejan mucho que desear
