★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente no cuentan con ninguna tienda o distribuidor en el Distrito Federal, o al menos no me pueden informar de ninguno . Necesito únicamente un tapón de repuesto para uno de sus colchones; el tapón me cuesta 25 pesos pero el envío al D.F. desde Tlaxcala 190 pesos. No me pueden informar si algún conocido puede comprarlo directamente en la fabrica y no me dan ninguna otra opción. Una pena que sí tengan el producto y no lo quieran facilitar a sus clientes.
Unfortunately they do not have any store or distributor in the Federal District, or at least they cannot inform me of any. I only need a replacement plug for one of your mattresses; The cap costs me 25 pesos but shipping to D.F. from Tlaxcala 190 pesos. They can't tell me if someone they know can buy it directly from the factory and they don't give me any other option. A pity that they do have the product and do not want to provide it to their customers.
