The Intelligent tour of Tulum Mayan Ruins followed by an amazing plunge in a gorgeous, private center with guide Angela! The early bird gets the best experience! We practically had both places to ourselves for a bit, which made it such a divine experience. Angela’s knowledge of Mayan history coupled with her conscientious approach to enjoying the ruins and the cenotes made for a wonderful morning tour. I felt like we were with the best of the best. And our driver, Gregory, was efficient and safe. I feel so lucky to have found Kay Tours.

Excellent service from beginning to end! First of…..all my questions were answered promptly by John prior to booking the tour! Planned on getting Coba jungle trek and inquired about Tulum, and to my surprise in the end of the conversation, they told me that they added Tulum in my tour as a gift!!!! Secondly, we had Alex as a tour guide. He delivered well and explained everything nicely and with good knowledge. We were slow at times but he was patient with us. We got so wet with pouring rain while biking at Coba, then got really hot in Tulum. Ziplined, snorkeled and cliff jumped, canoed at Tankah! The Mayan community blew us away, it was a breath of fresh air not just literally. Would I change a thing? ABSOLUTELY NOT! One of the best tours I’ve been. And we are DIYers, cruisers and Roadtrippers! Let me add that no payment was required until the very end of our tour! Thank you for making it fun for my family! We will be back! Mikaela

Can't say enough about how enjoyable our experience was with Fabian. He picked us up on time and his vehicle was clean and well maintained. He was very nice, spoke very good English, and shared tons of good information about local culture during our 45 minute drive the boat. The captain and crew were equally as helpful once in the water. Current was a little strong so one crew member actually used the life guard ring to tow our seven year old son through out our snorkeling. They were very safety conscious by making sure we all stayed together. The reef did not disappoint as well. It was teaming with life ranging from: tons of fish, eagle rays, and lobsters. There was not one aspect of this tour that was disappointing. We highly recommend Kay Tours for any of the excursions they offer.

We had the BEST time on this tour! Our guide Claudia was very nice and had a ton of knowledge about not only the site but the larger context of Mayan culture and Mexico’s overall history. She knows her stuff! The private SUV we were picked up in was very comfortable, clean and had AC. We were encouraged to spend as much or little time doing each activity, which made the trip very relaxing. Probably one of the benefits of booking with Kay is their timing: it’s an early morning pick up but we arrived at Chichen Itza before the crowds. We also swam in the giant cenote before the loads of tour buses arrived. As we were leaving the cenote, buses were pulling in and a ton of loud, excited tourists were forming a line at the entrance. We had the cenote almost to ourselves. Maybe 10 others were there. It was quiet and relaxing. The buffet at the cenote was actually pretty good and authentic — certainly way better than the overpriced touristy dinner we had had in Cancun in the hotel zone the night before. I had booked with Kay after a ton of research before the pandemic cancelled our trip in 2020. I’m so glad I rebooked with them again as we replanned our trip for 2022. Exceptional experiences! We did 2 excursions with Kay Tours and they were both wonderful - Chichen Itza/Cenotes as well as ATV/zip lines/Mayan Jungle. The Mayan Jungle tour was AMAZING! I was able to work with the company via WhatsApp and was impressed with the responsiveness and support. Our tour guides were fantastic and private vans very nice. Kay Tours was outstanding!

Best tour service ever! We did the private tour of Chichen Itza, with traditional lunch in Valladolid and ended the day with a swim in a beautiful Cenote. So worth it, and so happy we did it. Chichen Itza tour was fantastic, informative and engaging - we were the first ones there (Angela, our guide, picked us up at 5:30am as we requested, with no delay), so we could see the site in all its glory without the crowds! Angela explained the history, was so knowledgeable and took great photos so we can cherish the memories. The Cenote was stunning - a truly magical experience and so much more special knowing the Mayan culture and history of them now. Again, beautiful family photos we can look back to remember. More than just a tour guide, Angela truly shared her knowledge and love for the history.
