Llamamos, nos dicen que vayamos a las 5 pm.. llegamos al lugar, llamamos repetidas veces y nadie salió, fuimos en uber y con un conejo, intentamos llamar más de 5 veces y sin respuesta.. estuvimos como 30 minutos afuera pero terminamos regresándonos. I cannot comment on the quality in particular, because they simply did not attend. We called, they tell us to come at 5 pm.. we arrived at the place, we called repeatedly and nobody came out, we went by uber and with a rabbit, we tried to call more than 5 times and no answer.. we were like 30 minutes outside but we ended up going back .

Excelente trato muy profesional, tanto con el cliente como con tu mascota . 2. He tenido un hamster anteriormente de mascota y en otras veterinarias nunca me lo atendieron, cosa que en KC PETS si los atienden he visto muchos pacientes roedores . 3. A lunita la rescate en fin de semana y la lleve en domingo el cual es día inhábil y aquí es 24/7 en cuanto al horario también se me hace muy bien en caso de urgencias . 4. Los precios se me hacen muy accesibles y justos ya que el servicio es muy bueno. Les recomiendo ampliamente llevar a sus mascotas aquí, para que tengan un buen servicio y principalmente que sus mascotas se encuentren en buenas manos .
