★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia. Mande mi vehiculo a reparar, se tardo 3 meses y al sacarlo se volvio a aberiar. No se hizo respondable, tuve que gastar de nuevo en comprar un motor de medio uso para repararlo en otro lado. Cuidado, cobra muy bien pero para las garantias te da excusas argumentando que la falla es condecuencia de otra cosa. No recomendable
Very bad experience I sent my vehicle to repair, it took 3 months and when it was removed it became aberrant. He did not respond, I had to spend again to buy a medium-duty engine to repair it elsewhere. Beware, it charges very well but for the guarantees it gives you excuses arguing that the failure is a consequence of something else. Not recommendable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, dudo que sean expertos en VW o si simplemente no les interesa revisar los autos a fondo. Lleve mi auto por una falla muy notable en el motor, se tardo 4 días solo en "revisar" y al ultimo me comento que simplemente no tenia nada, lo cual no creí, entonces lo lleve a otro taller en donde encontraron rápidamente las fallas (graves), ademas de encontrar otra falla en la dirección hidráulica (la cual ya había "arreglado" en este taller un mes antes). No recomiendo este taller.
Bad experience, I doubt that they are experts in VW or if they simply are not interested in reviewing the cars thoroughly. I took my car for a very noticeable engine failure, it took 4 days just to "check" and at last I commented that I simply had nothing, which I did not believe, then I took it to another workshop where they quickly found the failures ( serious), in addition to finding another fault in the hydraulic steering (which had already "fixed" in this workshop a month before). I do not recommend this workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendido directamente por el dueño (Francisco), tenia un problema con un Bora, ya lo había llevado a 4 talleres y ninguno me pudo resolver el problema, en donde me lo diagnosticaron fue en KDF.
Trato amable y honradez con precios justos, mucha experiencia en VW, altamente recomendable para VW y Audi.
Served directly by the owner (Francisco), I had a problem with a Bora, I had already taken it to 4 workshops and none of them could solve the problem for me, where they diagnosed it at KDF.
Friendly treatment and honesty with fair prices, a lot of VW experience, highly recommended for VW and Audi.
