★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anteriormente habia hecho una reseña decente de este lugar pero hace poco me paso esto en servicio a domicilio para que ustedes lo tengan en cuenta.
KE ALITAS pone sus promociones en facebook y se pidio 1 litro de alitas todo bien solo que al llegar nos topamos con que abres el vaso y no tenia ni 3/4 de vaso estaba poco arriba de la mitad.
Se le hablo al restaurante diciendole que me llevo el bote a la mitad y responden que asi es que solo llevan 12 a 13 alitas y si efectivamente eso traian traian 14 alitas pero mas chicas que eb ocasiones anteriores.
Me cae que las alitas de pichon estan mas grandes.
Y no me dieron solucion, no me regresaron ni dinero, ni me enviaron producto.
No fui personalmente por que por tal publicidad engañosa si me salian con lo mismo era capaz de cachetear al que me atendiera o aventarle las cosas.
Y pues les digo esta experiencia para que no les pase igual, no digo que siempre pase asi pero si te pasa no te resuelven nada.
Y antes que digan en fb anuncian que lleva 12 pzas, antes no lo hacian hasta que hicimos el reclamo.

KE ALITAS puts its promotions on facebook and asked for 1 liter of wings all good, only when we arrived we found that you open the glass and there was not even 3/4 of a glass, it was just above half.
They spoke to the restaurant telling them that I took the boat halfway and they answered that so they only have 12 to 13 wings and if indeed they brought 14 wings but more girls than on previous occasions.
It strikes me that the pigeon wings are bigger.
And they did not give me a solution, they did not return any money, nor did they send me a product.
I did not go personally because for such misleading advertising if they came up with the same thing I was able to slap the attendant or throw things at him.
And well I tell them this experience so that the same does not happen to them, I do not say that it always happens like that but if it happens to you they do not solve anything.
And before they say on fb they announce that it has 12 pcs, before they did not do it until we made the claim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vale la pena, una hamburguesa en combo cuesta 139.00 y mal preparada y pequeña. Antes costaba mucho más barato y bien despachada y buen sabor. Pero ahora como todo ha subido, aprovechan para subir los precios pero en vez de seguir despachando igual, venden pura basura de comida. Con eso te compras una hamburguesa en otro lugar con mejor sabor. No reporte esto a los encargados pq de nada sirve, no harán nada al respecto.
El que quiera tirar su dinero vaya y tirelo en ke alitas.
