Si buscas una textura crujiente por fuera y suave por dentro este debe ser tu elección. También es un pan vegano y se hace de masa madre, se deja reposar día y medio para que tome una textura esponjosa y al calentarlo su corteza sea crujiente, tiene forma triangular, se rellena y presenta abierto estilo almeja.

Recomendable para todos, desde vegetarianos hasta los que comen de todo.
En lo personal recomiendo disfrutar de un Kebab de Cordero o Falafel, ya sea en su versión Doner para hambre normal, Gyro un poco más grande o Durum para el estómago vació; sin embargo si eres de estómago pequeño, una ensalada silvestre también te dejará satisfech@, siempre acompañado de unas papas a la francesa (saladas o condimentadas) que son de las mejores papas que podrás disfrutar; también el agua tiene unas opciones excelente ya sea con el agua fresca (mezclas hechas por ellos mismos) o un Delison (refresco de manzana hecha por mexicanos desde Zacatlan de las Manzanas).
La atención es excelente, el lugar siempre está limpio y aunque es pequeño, siempre encuentras lugar.
También si uno va en un horario no tan concurrido, puede quedarse en mesas de afuera con la mascota lo que le hace un lugar muy agradable para disfrutar con el perro.

Recommended for everyone, from vegetarians to those who eat everything.
Personally, I recommend enjoying a Lamb or Falafel Kebab, either in its Doner version for normal hunger, a slightly larger Gyro or Durum for an empty stomach; however, if you have a small stomach, a wild salad will also leave you satisfied, always accompanied by French fries (salty or seasoned) which are some of the best potatoes you can enjoy; also the water has some excellent options either with fresh water (mixtures made by themselves) or a Delison (apple drink made by Mexicans from Zacatlan de las Manzanas).
The attention is excellent, the place is always clean and although it is small, you always find a place.
Also, if you go during a less crowded time, you can stay at tables outside with your pet, which makes it a very pleasant place to enjoy with your dog.
