¡Esta compañía es UN FRAUDE!. ¡¡¡NO RENTE AUTOS AQUÍ!!!! No solo,cuelgan el teléfono, si no que NO hacen el reembolso que solicitan a uno como garantía. Desde el 3 de febrero que renté un auto en Monterrey no hicieron la devolución y realizaron un cargo por $12,000 a mi tarjeta de crédito y desde entonces NADIE dentro de la empresa ha podido resolver mi situación. Por más llamadas y correos que he enviado. Ya ni contestan las llamadas y cuando han respondido, les comento lo sucedido, me cuelgan.

Pésima experiencia, tengan cuidado ya que tiene muchas irregularidades el servicio. La dirección en Google maps esta mal, la misma que ponen en su página web, los precios que publican en su página no son los finales, en esta sucursal en particular no es de kedy, en realidad estas sub arrendando el auto a través de keddy a la compañía europcar quienes cambian los términos de uso y precios finales, y por último no son claros en los términos así que lean la carta de términos y condiciones ya que hay varias letras pequeñas d ela sque se agarran y no te hacen tu reembolso.

Total scam and dishonest business. Avoid at all costs. Bait and switch. Post one price online and then charge a "mandatory" insurance when you show up of over $30 per day. Required even when presented with a copy of global credit card coverage.

NOT recommended. I paid and attempted to rent a car from rentalcars.com and paid online for full insurance coverage through THEM. Keddy prevented me from renting the car, alleging that I needed to buy their insurance, even though evidence of valid coverage was on record. This was news to me, as it was not in the terms and conditions. Keddy is UNREASONABLE, UNRESPONSIVE, DECEITFUL AND DISHONEST.

Upon picking up the car in Mexico City, they purposefully double charged my credit card for over $500 USD and pretended it never happened, claiming there was no record of the charge. After countless emails left completely ignored by the company, I finally went to the office to demand a refund for one of the 2 identical charges. After an hour of the staff trying to turn us away and convince us there was no double charge, we finally received a receipt for a FAKE refund. They tried to scam me by showing me a receipt of the "refund" which wasn't a refund at all, but a sales receipt they were trying to convince me was a refund. Finally, after I called them out, they refunded the card however I still ended up losing a bunch of money due to the exchange rate. The company once again refused to do anything to compensate me for this loss.

I may be the only one here leaving a positive review, but after living/working Remotely in Cancun for months, you learn a few things. It's a fact that most (if not all) car rental companies here are scams - yes even some of the "big" international brands I won't say names. They don't accept any insurance from 3rd parties - whether it's insurance from your credit card or insurance purchased online from a 3rd party. None of it's accepted. And they will literally stand there and argue with you about it, everything short of breaking your hand until you finally cave in...or just walk away. But the beauty with Keddy is that those embarrassing arguments are unnecessary - because their insurance is automatically built into their online price. Their is no "upcharge" as it's all already included. The only caveat is that you must book directly with them. Sure it may be $50 cheaper on Priceline or RentalCars.com but again, their insurance won't be accepted. Since I discovered that, I've been booking with Keddy 80% of the time I'm in Mexico.
