★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper mal servicio, nos hicieron abrir una nueva reservación y cobrar doble, entre ellos ellos se pasan la bolita y no saben quien te puede ayudar, marcas al 01800 y su respuesta es que el ejecutivo te puedes atender pero el ejecutivo no está bien capacitado para dar seguimiento.
Super bad service, they made us open a new reservation and charge double, among them they pass the ball and do not know who can help you, dial 01800 and their response is that the executive can assist you but the executive is not well trained to follow.

Me ofrecieron algo por teléfono y al momento en que fui a recoger el automóvil me querían cobrar otra cantidad diferente a la que yo contrate. Retienen el 10% del costo factura del automóvil, siendo que estás pagando un seguro.
Luego para “compensar las molestias” me “respetaron el precio” pero cuando entregué el automóvil, me retuvieron una cantidad mayor a la que me habían aceptado previamente, me dijeron que solicitara un reembolso pero me lo están denegando.
Keddy/Europcar se lavan las manos diciendo que ellos no tienen nada que ver con las arrendadoras con las que tienen convenio para la contratación de los muebles, que no se hacen responsables de ninguno de los errores siendo que ellos antes tuvieron que haber estado en acuerdo con sus términos y condiciones o haber revisado lo que estas arrendadoras están ofreciendo a nombre de ellos.
Dicen ser claros y no ocultar nada, pero es todo lo contrario.
Cuentan con un personal poco capacitado tanto en el producto como en el trato con el cliente, son todos unos incompetentes.
Terrible service.
They offered me something over the phone and when I went to pick up the car they wanted to charge me a different amount than the one I contracted. They withhold 10% of the cost of the car bill, since you are paying for insurance.
Then to “compensate for the inconvenience” they “respected the price” but when I delivered the car, they withheld a higher amount than they had previously accepted, they told me to request a refund but they are denying it.
Keddy / Europcar wash their hands saying that they have nothing to do with the lessors with whom they have an agreement to contract the furniture, that they are not responsible for any of the errors since they had to have previously agreed with their terms and conditions or having reviewed what these lessors are offering on their behalf.
They claim to be clear and not hide anything, but the opposite is true.
They have a poorly trained staff both in the product and in dealing with the client, they are all incompetent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dishonest company!!!! made a reservation online, paid for rental and full cover insurance, when I arrived for vehicle the guys at the desk wanted to charge again for both, a much greater amount even after i showed all the paperwork...I walked away losing $300 dollars. !!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guys are shady and provide un clear documentation for the rental.
The girl at the front desk immediately started up selling packages instead of asking for my reservation number or ID. Had to pay a secure deposit of 417$ (Which I was promise I would get back from 12 to 72 hours)
Also had to pay an Insurance of 259$ for the car.
My Car rental was suppose to be 60$ insurance Included.
I ended up paying 700 dollars for a 4 day rental on a compact chevy vehicle.
Also the day I returned the car, I forgot a speaker box in the car, when I call to let them know I forgot it in there (later that day).
They told me that they would have to go look in the car and call me back in 30 min.
3 hours went by before I had to call them again, took about 4 calls for them to finally answer.
They said that the car was already rented and it was hard for them to locate the speaker, that they would try to contact me once they get a hold of the other driver. I am still waiting, 9 days after.
Keddy Guadalajara and their Ops Manager Jose Maria Rios are not a company you want to do business with.
