Compre una pieza para mí moto, pero como les acaba de llegar pedido tengo que esperar 30 días para recibir mi mercancía. Al entrar a tienda ni un solo vendedor se acercó a prestar ayuda, me di cuenta que 3 de ellos estaban sentados platicando entre ellos. Deberían mejorar servicio al cliente.
I think the sellers need to be more aware of the buyers. I bought a piece for my motorcycle, but since I have just received an order, I have to wait 30 days to receive my merchandise. When entering the store not a single vendor came to help, I realized that 3 of them were sitting talking to each other. They should improve customer service.
