They do not have the education to answer the phone, if there are many calls, they say on their page, whatever, informing their reason. Very poor service.

Bad and lousy service. They left me standing, they did not take the barrels to my event but well they charge you in advance ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio hace tiempo pedí ahí, cobran por anticipado y llegan tardísimo al evento, casi un año para venir por el barril, no podíamos llevarlo nosotros porque nos tenían que regresar dinero que cobraron extra y siempre lo traía el repartidor.
Terrible service I ordered there a long time ago, they charge in advance and arrive very late to the event, almost a year to come for the barrel, we could not take it ourselves because they had to return money that they charged extra and the delivery man always brought it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al mero fregaso....la cheve bien helada, la barrita quedó bien nice en mi evento, y en lugar de poder servir pura cheve como normalmente, pude ofrecer clamato preparado saliendo de las torres y un trago preparado blue twist algo así se llamaba pero también lo servían de la torre fría. Encantados todos en la fiesta y nada caro los barriles de 20 lts. Recomendadisimo!
At the mere fregaso .... the ice cold good, the bar was very nice in my event, and instead of serving pure cheve as usual, I could offer prepared clamato coming out of the towers and a drink prepared blue twist something like that was called but they also served it from the cold tower. Delighted all at the party and nothing expensive barrels of 20 lts. Highly recommended!
