David & Thomas took great care of us!!! Highly recommend....My wife and I have rented bikes in other citys in Quintana Roo and we were issued bikes that were of very poor quality. The Bikes we rented from Kelly Bike Rental were of Outstanding Quality and the price was very resonable. We will always rent from Kelly Bike Rental when in Tulum. THANKS!!

Don‘t rent from this place. Owner is dishonest. They will charge you extra costs for no reason. They pretend you damage the paint of the motorbike etc. Don’t leave your passeport. Be careful with your deposit. They screw us badly. We had to call the police.

THIEF. Absolutely do not use Kelly Bike Rental Tulum. If I could rate with negative stars I would. We had rented two bikes for 3 days at a very reasonable price of 600 pesos in total. Being on holiday we lost track of time and made the mistake of returning the bikes a full day early. By the time we realized our mistake it was too late, we thought to return in the morning for a refund of the day not used or the use of the bikes back, seeing as though we had paid for them. We arrive with our translation app ready but the big man behind the counter could speak English. We explained our silly mistake and asked for a refund of 200 pesos or the use of the bikes for the day, like we should have had. He refused. He wouldn't hear of it and raised his voice, shewed us away and treated us like dirt. We were absolutely disgusted at the treatment at an honest mistake. If you don't value honesty and your self respect, oh and if you also want to be robbed of your hard earned traveling money, come here. Otherwise please go elsewhere.

This place surprised me. I was not expecting much, because of the reviews, but wow did they do a fantastic job! The service was absolutely outstanding. We rented two bikes, and they were the last two that they had. They were not in the greatest condition, but we were desperate. We got a flat tire on one of the bikes, because the tire tread was down to the cords, and they came to pick us up, free of charge. They understood that it was absolutely due to the bikes condition. They brought us back to the shop, and pulled 2 brand new bikes from out of the back. We ended up extending our bike rental through the week. When we came back to return, we were an hour late, and they said "no problem man." I'm very happy with Kelly Bike Rental, and I would definitely recommend it.

Do. Not. Rent. Here. I’ll save you some time and money by saying this place is the absolute worst. Poor quality rentals and horrible customer service. Wont rent to you unless you present a passport AND a deposit payment of $5000 peso ($250 ish USD) which you may or may not get back depending on their mood. These guys are crooks and advertise a cheaper price but in the long run you end up paying more. Look elsewhere there are many options for rentals with better bikes and motor scooters. Wish I had read these reviews before renting here as each one has stated these same issues and mishaps that I’ve experienced.

Dont expect scootering to be cheaper than taxis. I fell off my scooter and hit a pot hole. It had bad lights and you could not see well. Take photos of your scooter before leaving. They will try to hold your passport hostage for double the money of the rental if you have any damage done previously or return it dirty.

When I first arrived, I was told they only had one bike for rent by a younger guy maybe 20. The old man showed up a few minutes later and I asked again, suddenly they had as many as I wanted to have. They require an Id, I left my drivers license, and it was 100 pesos a day which was very cheap, as most places were between 150 and 300 pesos a day. The bikes were old but worked well. No issues at all. Locks were good. But when they ask where you are staying, tell them somewhere far from where you are staying because it’s common for these places to mysteriously show up in the middle of the night and steal the bike back from you, then charge you a fee for the stolen bike. Returned the bike and my Id was given back no issues at all. Old man sorta grumpy but I probably would be too dealing with tourists all day everyday.
