★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo Outsourcing. Por teléfono te comentan un horario y ya en tu contratación te dicen que solo hay disponible otro diferente. Te hacen firmar un contrato que no indica fecha de término del mismo, dejando un espacio en blanco (linea)para que ellos coloquen cualquier fecha a su criterio, supongo que para efectos ilegales. No te entregan copia del contrato, según que por qué son documentos confidenciales de la empresa, siendo que al final del contrato, antes de poner tu firma, esta la leyenda de que se firma por duplicado y con copia para ambas partes. No se empleen en este tipo de empresas, que solo se benefician a expensas de sus contratos ilegales y de la mano de obra temporal, en cualquier momento pueden despedirte sin justificación y no puedes ejercer acción legal contra ellos desde el momento en que firmas estas irregularidades.
Terrible Outsourcing. On the phone they tell you a schedule and already in your hiring they tell you that only a different one is available. They make you sign a contract that does not indicate its end date, leaving a blank space (line) for them to put any date at their discretion, I suppose for illegal purposes. They do not give you a copy of the contract, according to why they are confidential company documents, being that at the end of the contract, before putting your signature, there is the legend that it is signed in duplicate and with a copy for both parties. Do not be employed in these types of companies, which only benefit at the expense of their illegal contracts and temporary labor, at any time they can fire you without justification and you cannot take legal action against them from the moment you sign these irregularities. .
