've done business with Fernandofor 20 years and recommend this business to everyone from the casual to the obsessed cyclist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, so I appreciate the repair I was able to get here. Still, I left the shop with my spoke repair on my rear tyre done but the bent rim meant that the tyre was rubbing on the frame. So I cycled all the way back there the next day and Fernando told me it would be ok just adjust the lock position.
After a few more days of cycling I get a slow puncture and see that the metal shavings from the broken spoke have punctured my tube, something that should have been removed when this repair was done, kind of Shoddy Fernando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Specialized bike from Kellys and I am more than happy with the service and follow up I requested. Before the purchase of the bike my wife and I had older bikes and he always tried his best to keep us biking. He is a first class guy , extremely positive toward giving you encouragement on biking, showing you where there are some good biking trails and routes and he is a pillar in the Mazatlan biking community. You would have a tough time beating this bike shop on friendliness and knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the top service! We went here looking for an odd sized tube as my daughters stroller got a flat tire. The owner went through his store and could not find one. He called another bike store for us to make sure that they had the bicycle tube size there. After he called he realized that we were walking, so he stopped what he was doing and drove to the other bike store, brought the other tubes back for us and did not over charge. Now that is service! Too bad I cannot give more than 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. Great place to bring your bike when you want to ride in Mazatlan. They have experience with all kinds of high end bikes. If you're flying with your bike they will unpack and repack it for you at an extremely reasonable price. Go see Guero Kelly and he will hook you up.
