Me ayudaron con mi perrita pero ya cuando esta bien le siguen poniendo otros medicamentos o sueros para cobrarte mas, y son medicamentos innecesarios, y para cobrarte él tiempo q se queden tus mascotas ahi, a una señora le cobraron $900 pesos solo x dejar a su perro unas horas y mas aparte los medicamentos, aguas

Karlita es una excelente veterinaria y persona. No me animaba a dejar a mi nena porque nunca habíamos estado tan separadas y Karla estuvo super al pendiente de Joy y siempre estuvo mandándome fotos y videos de mi perrota.

My dog had developed a skin issue and I went to Karla on a recommendation. The first visit she sold me a shampoo. Didn’t work. The second visit she sold me Bravecto but didn’t have the correct dose so she sold me one for larger dogs and cut it in half. Bravecto is $800 and says on the box and on Google (when I checked later) that it DOES NOT WORK if cut in half as the active ingredients are not evenly distributed. I didn’t know this at the time so went home and waiting for the medicine to kick in and do it’s job. I went back after several more weeks of my dog suffering with his condition - scratching so much he was giving himself sores. Karla told me “maybe the medicine didn’t work because I cut the pill in half.” What?! I asked her why she would recommend this course of action if she knew full well it may not work? She got defensive and said it works sometimes. Instead of trying to make a sale on an item that she knew wasn’t a good solution she should have referred me to another vet to buy the correct dosage. After she got defensive and upset she weighed my dog and said she had the correct dosage this time. She sold me another Bravecto at $800 but this time for dogs between 10-20kg. My dog weighs 27kg. I was suspicious that she had the weight incorrect at the time but as I literally watched her weigh him and I am familiar with pounds, not kilograms, I didn’t question it at the time. It’s not until today - several more weeks of my dog having the same issue - that I took him to another vet and realized she sold me the incorrect dosage AGAIN!! Completely incompetent and only trying to sell as much as she can. It seems that some people have a good experience but beware if you use her services.
